Polly O' Hanlon, Indian History and Culture, University of Oxford
Polly O’Hanlon is a Professor of Indian History and Culture in the Faculty of Oriental Studies, University of Oxford. Her fields of interest include the social and intellectual history of early modern and colonial India, histories of gender and the body, and the history of Maharashtra. She is at present working on scribal practices and cultures of rights in the eighteenth century Maratha state.
