Shikhar Singh is a PhD candidate at the Department of Political Science. He researches parties, political behaviour, and electoral competition; with interests in comparative and American politics, political economy, and quantitative methods. Between 2013 and 2015, Shikhar worked as an electoral analyst with an Indian political party, fielding their surveys across five state elections and a national election. Shikhar finished with a bachelor’s degree in History and Politics from Balliol College (Oxford) on an Inlaks scholarship; and a BA Honours in History from St. Stephen’s College at the University of Delhi.
