In this year’s fourth annual presentation at Yale, he will discuss: The Value of Meditating in Troubled Times

The talk will focus on troubled times on the minds of our students/ audience and how meditation can retain its relevance, or even increase its relevance when the world is so full of turmoil. Following questions will be addressed:

–What is the value of practicing meditation in these troubled times?

–Is meditation an escape from the world or a deeper encounter with reality?

–Are we biologically wired for peace and harmony?
